| With twenty eight years of engineering design and management experience, Mr. Liggett has been with Pinnacle since its startup in August of 1993 and is responsible for project management, business development, construction management and inspection services. Jeff received a BSCE degree from the University of Illinois in 1976 and is a registered professional engineer. Prior to Pinnacle, Jeff served as Vice President and Manager of Structural Engineering for three years at Enercon Engineering. Jeff also was Manager of Structural Engineering for two years at CBS and for one year at Barnett & Casbarian. | ||
